Story Box: Dreams & Nightmares

Description

Story Box is a series of quick-playing, cooperative games that mix narrative storytelling with memory.
Players begin by taking turns to play a card onto a common stack, adding narration to continue the storyline that has been created. After 2 minutes, the cards are flipped face-down and players enter the Memory phase.
Now, everyone will work together to retell the tale, in the correct order.

Story Box: Dreams & Nightmares explores every corner of dreamland and the subconscious. The characterful and colorful artwork will inspire all manner of imaginative tales, but whether the resulting story is serious or silly is entirely up to the group.
There is a score at the end, but what truly matters is the fun you had creating your unique story, together!

The basic rules remain the same across different versions of Story Box.

But each version offers a Themed Expert Variant:
In Story Box Dreams & Nightmares, the Dreams AND Nightmares variant requires you to tell two stories at the same time over the 2-minute period, a dream and a nightmare in two different stacks. You’ll need to remember both stories during the recall phase. A variant that’s both challenging and great fun.
