Description
Introducing an expansion for Triqueta, the Celtic-inspired competitive game where 2-5 players try to collect sets of exactly 3 matching animal tokens to score the most points. If you end up with 4 or more of any given animal, you instead score negative points for that set!
In Triqueta: Hidden Wolves, a new animal enters the game—the shy but friendly Wolf that is the highest scoring token type when in a Triqueta. However, tread carefully because new shadow tokens for the other animals also hide in the darkness and will be added to your collection at the end of the game before final scoring. Strike the right balance between risk-taking and planning, and you can gain a great many points by keeping to the shadows.
In addition to the new animal type and shadow tokens for existing creatures, Triqueta: Hidden Wolves introduces an exciting 2-player rules variant.
This is an expansion of Triqueta. The base version of Triqueta is required.
