At this time, you must be a resident of the United States of America to purchase from Dryad Games. It is not our intention to collect any PII from non-U.S. residents. If you are from outside the U.S. and have purchased a product please contact us at [email protected]. If you are outside of the U.S. and you would like Company to expand to sales in your country, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know your interest and your country of residence, but do not disclose additional personal information in the e-mail.

For Users who communicate with us through our Pages or follow us on our Pages, but do not create an Account with Us:

• We will retain your PII for as long as you follow us on any Page, but not thereafter.

We reserve the right to retain PII for longer than identified above if necessary for financial or legal reporting requirements, enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, or other similar legitimate reasons.

8. Request for Your PII:

The Company reserves the right to obtain additional information from You prior to allowing you to access or view such information or to refuse such a request if your identity cannot be verified. The Company is unable to either report to you what data of yours has been anonymized or aggregated, as it is no longer personally identifiable. Similarly, the Company is unable to correct such anonymized or aggregated information.

You may request that the Company delete your PII at any time by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting us on the Site with the subject line “Forget Me” or “Delete Me”. Unless you have an active pending order, the Company will delete or anonymize all of your PII except that which is necessary for the Company’s financial or legal reporting requirements within sixty (60) days of receiving the email and reviewing the request, unless the law applicable in your jurisdiction requires a shorter time period. If the Company is unable to delete your information or sufficiently anonymize it, the Company will inform you within that time period. Any requests for your information to be forgotten or deleted while you have a pending order will be rejected until at least ninety (90) days after delivery has been confirmed. If the Company’s deletion of your information requires deletion of your account, the Company will notify you as to the same.

The Company is unable to forget or delete any data of yours has been anonymized or aggregated, as it is no longer personally identifiable.
