Never hear “What does my item do again?” with this deck of magic item cards! Each of the 55 tarot-sized cards features a gorgeous illustration on one side, and 5e mechanics on the reverse.

Rarity Variants. Multiple versions of items, with rarer ones possessing greater power, open up new avenues for storytelling. Perhaps your ranger must save endangered creatures, after which a nature deity enhances their bonze’s bokken katana with heightened abilities. Maybe a paladin’s continuous oathbreaking corrupts a holy relic into an ever-more-destructive somewhat holy hand grenade. Or perhaps a wizard has finally acquired a strong enough essence to unlock an item’s most potent abilities through the magic of enchanting!

Each variant in this deck has scaling effects. Tailor the strength of the items to grow with your players throughout your campaign!

Immersion. Giving you players something to touch, look at, even taste (don’t do that…) immerses them in your story. Cards reduce the mental load on GMs and players by being easy to reference on the fly. Moreover, they entrap fiddling players’ fingers, keeping their attention and helping to build an unforgettable adventure!
