Build a modern, scientifically managed zoo in Sanctuary, a tile-drafting strategy board game by Capstone Games. Designed as a companion to the global bestseller Ark Nova, Sanctuary takes the core ideas of that beloved game and refines them into a more streamlined yet equally engaging experience – perfect for both Ark Nova veterans and newcomers alike.

In Sanctuary, you have 135 unique zoo tiles at your disposal, consisting of animals, buildings, and projects. In each game, you draft and strategically place the best mix of tiles onto your zoo map, using different tile effects to achieve your conservation goals and make your zoo more attractive to visitors.

Each player manages a set of four action cards — one for playing projects, and three for placing animals from specific habitats: forest, rock, or water. The power of each action is determined by the card’s position, creating a satisfying puzzle of planning and optimization every turn.
